엑셀에서 범위 안의 특정 문자 개수를 알려주는 함수! countif 함수 사용법을 알아봅시다. 몇 개인지 알고싶은 문자를 굳이 일일이 셀 필요 없게 만들어 주는, 한 번에 뚝딱! 처리해주는 스마트한 친구 countif함수! 고마워♡

내가 정말 사랑하는 countif 함수! 범위 내에 특정 문자가 몇 개인지 알려 준다.

1) 자 =countif( 치고

2) 계산하고자 하는 범위를 선택해준다. 드래그해서 하면 됨! 월요일 셀을 드래그해서 선택했다

3) 그리고 . 한 번 해주고 콤마 있어요. 꼭 넣어요. 그리고 찾고자하는 문자가 O를 찾고 싶으니 "O"를 해준다. 왜냐하면 문자라는 O를 찾을거니 " "가 필요!

4) 알아서 4개인 것을 찾아줬다

5) 쭉 드래그해봐도 된다. 같은 방식으로 엑셀, 파워포인트도 몇 번 만들었는지 알 수 있다!
