토마토의 향이 훼손되지 않으면서 알싸한 끝맛에서 핫소스의 역할이 두드러지는 맛.사실 블러디 메리는 알콜이 들어가지만 알콜 넣지 않아도 충분히 마실만한 음료이다.

어디선가 익숙한 맛이다 했더니 호불호가 갈리는 민트초코의 맛과 비슷하다.완전 민트까진 아니고 약간 솨- 한 맛이 느껴진다.
