# 고기 불판 닦는 법

고깃집에 오면 늘 외치게 되는 이 소리! “이모, 여기 불판 좀 갈아주세요\~” 도대체 몇 번이나 이모를 불러야 식사가 끝날까요?ㅠㅠ 이젠 이모를 부르기도 미안한….^^;; 바쁜 이모 불러 세우지 않고 쉽고 빠르게 불판을 닦는 방법을 알려 드리겠습니다^^ ‘고기 불판 닦는 법’

스텝 1\. 불판에 기름&양념이 눌러 붙을 때 까지 열심히 고기를 굽는다.

스텝 2\. 쌈무 한 장을 집게로 집는다.
