요즘 편의점에서 종종 볼 수 있는 스크류바 젤리! 집에서도 만들 수 있어요. 앙증맞은 크기에 배배 꼬인 모양은 만드는 재미도 있답니다. 새콤달콤한 스크류바 캔디 만들어 봐요 :)

재료 : 스크류바, 물, 펙틴, 설탕, 물엿, 식용색소, 슈가파우더

물 50ml 에 스크류바를 녹인 후 색소, 설탕, 팩틴, 물엿을 넣고 끓여주다가 106도가 되면 불에서 내려주세요.
