새우 7마리

다진마늘 2T

버터 2T

파슬리가루 1T

후추 약간

소금 약간

\[조리순서\]

1\. 이쑤시개로 새우의 등을 찔러 내장을 뺀다.

2\. 새우의 껍질을 벗긴다.

3\. 후추와 소금을 뿌린다.

4\. 버터, 다진 마늘, 파슬리가루를 섞어 소스를 만든다.

5\. 새우의 소스를 바른 후 180도로 예열된 오븐에 15분 굽는다.
