# 300만원 내면 1600만원 주는 청년 꿀적금 '청년내일채움공제' 2018 업그레이드 버전!!

청년들은 '목돈마련'해서 좋고\~ 기업은 직원이 '장기근속'해서 좋고\~ 청년과 기업을 위한 '청년내일채움공제' 정책이 2018년에는 더 업그레이드되었다고 하는데 어떻게 바뀌었는지 알아볼게요 :D

### \[추가내용(18.03.15)\] '청년내일채움공제' 유형이 추가되었다는 정부 발표가 나왔어요\~!

(기존)-‘2년’ 형: 갓 입사한 청년에게 1,600만원 목돈 마련 기회

(추가)①‘3년’ 형: 갓 입사한 청년에게 3,000만원 목돈 마련 기회(\*2년형, 3년형 중 ‘택1’)②‘5년’ 형: 기존 근로자에게 약 3,000만원 목돈 마련 기회

(가입조건 추가 완화)- 정규직 전환 후, 30일 이내에 신청 -> 90일 이내로 연장- 가입 후, 3개월 이내에 퇴사할 경우 재가입 기회 한 번 더 생김- 청년의 의사와 무관하게 중도해지(휴ㆍ폐업, 도산, 권고사직 등) 된 경우 다시 가입할 수 있도록 변경

\* 5년형 신청 = 18년도 상반기 예정 / 3년형 신청 = 18년도 9월 예정\* 자세한 공고가 나오는 대로 정리해서 알려드릴게요 :D
